The proposed Mid Valley Recreation Center, El Jebel, Colorado

Two years ago, with the financial assistance of the Mid Valley Metro District, a group of residents began exploring the feasibility of building an indoor recreation center in the mid-valley. The results overwhelmingly resounded the need for a centralized indoor recreation facility where children, adults, seniors and community groups can gather to excercise and be active year round. The "Friends of the Recreation Center" committee is focused on meeting the recreation and social needs of the Mid Valley area. This is truly a grassroots effort, and we are now seeking the help of mid-valley residents in making this indoor recreation facility a reality. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. Donations can be made by visiting their website www.MidValleyRecCenter.com for details.

The proposed site is within the Crown Mountain Park on the south west corner of the park, near the tennis courts and the dog park.

Contact "Friends of the Rec Center" at CrownMtnRC@gmail.com.

We are a 501(c) 3  non-profit organization and your donation is tax deductable.
